Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Minimum of one year's relevant electrical experience.

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and building services.
• Completing reactive maintenance, fault-finding and electrical repairs.
• Maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including lighting and associated building services.
• Supporting maintenance of heating systems and other facilities-related equipment.
• Monitoring and working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Identifying faults and carrying out appropriate remedial work.
• Travelling between three sites to complete maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting issues.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with electrical regulations and Health & Safety procedures.
• Providing a professional and reliable service across client sites.

Job Title: Mobile Electrician
Location: Castlereagh, Northern Ireland
Salary: £36,000 per annum (with potential to increase depending on experience)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

The Role

As a Mobile Electrician, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general electrical maintenance across a range of facilities. You will help ensure electrical systems and building services operate safely and efficiently while providing reliable maintenance support across assigned sites.
