Location: Aberdeen City Schools

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 11:00 - 20 hours per week

Your new role

What you’ll do:

• Carry out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on-site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
• Perform planned janitorial maintenance duties according to agreed timescales and procedures; undertake property maintenance within your competence.
• Supervise, develop, and monitor cleaning staff to maintain standards as per contract and quality procedures.
• Maintain the safe and efficient operation of energy systems in accordance with contract conditions.
• Support and assist other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager.

What you’ll need:

• Awareness of Health & Safety issues and safe working methods.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Full current driving license.
• Access to a vehicle.

Additional requirements: DBS/Disclosure check before starting.
