CHS Group in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Service Engineer to cover Essex and London. You\'ll travel to client sites for on-site service and maintenance, attend callouts, liaise with clients on-site, and provide quotations for remedial works.

The role includes surveys of mechanical equipment and routine preventative HVAC maintenance. Projects span commercial, residential, retail and renewables with salaries up to £60,000 plus package.

Responsibilities

• Attend callouts to inspect reported issues.
• Liaise with the client on site to provide and manage service and maintenance visits.
• Provide support, planning and scheduling of works.
• Provide on-site quotations/ or detail what is required for remedial works.
• Carry out on-site surveys to gather an asset list of mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation units.
• Conduct system inspections, identify potential issues, and execute repairs to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Mobile HVAC Service Engineer Required Essex & London

Up to £60,000 plus package depending on experience.

I'm currently working with a mid sized M&E Contractor based in Central Essex who are now looking to recruit an experienced Mobile HVAC Service Engineer who will work across projects covering Essex & London.

The company specialises in providing Mechanical and Electrical Building Services encompassing design, supply, installation, and commissioning within the traditional installation sector along with a growing presence within the renewables market.

Their projects primarily span the Commercial, Residential, Retail & renewables sectors, with contract values typically ranging from £50k to £2m.

Assignments are concentrated in Essex and London, requiring a balanced work week split between on-site responsibilities and the Head Office in Basildon.

Duties include:
