Job summary

Password Services, part of Johnson Controls, requires a mobile HVAC & refrigeration service engineer to service, maintain and repair equipment across hospitality, retail and commercial sites within the Birmingham–Watford corridor. This role involves on-site fault-finding, regular reporting, and an on-call rota with paid overtime.

You will work independently in the field, travelling to client sites, completing documentation, and building strong client relationships while upholding safety

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Background in hospitality, retail, or similar environments is beneficial.
Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets and ice machines.
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
Deliver first-time fixes where possible.
Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
Build strong relationships with clients on-site.
Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 with paid overtime & standby).
