Job summary

Password Services, part of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Mobile HVAC & Refrigeration Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial systems across hospitality, retail and corporate sites.

This field role requires fault finding on AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets and ice machines; you’ll complete service reports, work on an on-call rota with paid overtime, and build strong client relationships on site.

Qualifications

• Essential: F-Gas certification and NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service in commercial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work independently in the field.
• Background in hospitality, retail or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment on customer sites.
• Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets and ice machines.
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Deliver first-time fixes where possible.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients on-site and participate in an on-call rota with paid overtime.
