Job summary

Polyteck Building Services is seeking an experienced AC & Mechanical Engineer to support maintenance, service and repair across multiple sites around London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to develop skills within a supportive engineering team.

You'll perform reactive and planned maintenance on M&E systems, routine servicing, fault finding and report writing while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with M&E systems across commercial and residential sites.
• Mechanical qualifications and pump/pressurisation servicing knowledge.
• Flexible with occasional out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical & AC reactive and planned maintenance
• Routine servicing, inspections & PPM tasks
• Fault finding and call-out support
• Complete reports, logbooks & compliance documents
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met
• Liaise with customers and site teams
