Job summary

Polyteck Building Services is seeking an experienced AC & Mechanical Engineer to support maintenance, service and repair works across multiple commercial and residential sites around London. The role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to progress within building services.

You will join a supportive engineering team, with overtime opportunities, a company van, pension and training opportunities. The position involves occasional out-of-hours work and ensuring compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical qualifications and experience with M&E systems.
• Knowledge of pump/pressurisation servicing.
• Professional and reliable with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical & AC reactive and planned maintenance.
• Routine servicing, inspections & PPM tasks.
• Fault finding and call-out support.
• Complete reports, logbooks & compliance documents.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met.
• Liaise with customers and site teams.
