Polyteck Building Services is seeking an experienced AC Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites in London. You will diagnose faults, service HVAC systems, and deliver high standards of workmanship while working independently.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an AC Engineer.
• Good knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Relevant AC/HVAC qualifications.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance.
• Service and maintain air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks.
• Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns.
• Complete job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Liaise professionally with clients and site teams.
