Job summary

Polyteck Building Services is seeking an experienced AC Engineer to undertake planned and reactive maintenance across London sites. The role requires independence, fault diagnosis and delivering high standards across HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will operate across commercial and residential sites in London, with a company van provided. Overtime opportunities are available and DBS checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as AC Engineer with fault-finding skills.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance
• Service and maintain air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks
• Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns
• Complete job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with clients and site teams

AC Engineer - London Mobile across London | Full-time | Company van + overtime opportunities

Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced AC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London. We are looking for a strong, technically capable engineer who can work independently, diagnose faults efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
