Job summary

Boots Hearingcare, part of the Sonova family, seeks a multi‑store Audiologist to provide continuity across regions with high standards of clinical care. You’ll support multiple clinics, maintaining continuity of care, while leveraging a full product portfolio for solutions.

You’ll work across sites with strong regional support, travel across the region, and opportunities for progression within the network. A BSc in Audiology and HCPC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and stability across the region across multiple clinics.
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location.
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi‑Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi‑store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well‑equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role

As a Multi‑Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Provide continuity and stability across the region

• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

• Senior / Regional Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
