Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to support a network of clinics across the region. You’ll maintain clinical excellence, drive performance, and ensure continuity of care, backed by the scale and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

You’ll travel between sites to deliver high-quality assessments, fittings and aftercare, staying CPD‑driven while contributing to innovation through our product portfolio and trials.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology or equivalent.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD compliance and clinical audit results.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and stability across the region.
• Own clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location.
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi‑Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care—backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi‑store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well‑equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role

As a Multi‑Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Provide continuity and stability across the region
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career.

What we’re looking for
