Boots Hearingcare is seeking a Multi‑Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to deliver high‑quality audiology across a regional network of clinics. You will maintain clinical excellence, support performance, and ensure continuity of care backed by Sonova’s investment.

The role offers autonomy with collaboration across clinics and central admin support. You’ll travel between sites, build relationships with store teams and customers, and grow your impact through progression into senior/regional roles and

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and stability across the region across multiple clinics.
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location.
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required.
• Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi‑Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. The multi‑store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well‑equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role

As a Multi‑Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Provide continuity and stability across the region
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.
