Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to join a multi-store role across multiple clinics in the region. You will deliver high-quality patient care, maintain clinical standards, and support regional performance with strong backing from Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

You will work across established clinics, with access to the latest technology, structured diaries for quality consultations, and centralised support.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) with HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi-store environment

You’ll work across a number of our modern, well-equipped clinics, Abergavenny, Newport, Cardiff Queen Street, Cardiff Cyncoed, Bridgend and Merthyr, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care across multiple clinics

• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.
