Boots Hearingcare, part of the Sonova family, seeks a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to support a network of clinics across Cambridgeshire. The role offers clinical autonomy, regional travel, and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and stability across the region across multiple clinics.
• Own clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location.
• Be a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams.
• Recommend solutions from the full product portfolio.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across Cambridgshire. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi-store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well‑equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role offers:

The role

As a Multi‑Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Provide continuity and stability across the region
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career.
