Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to cover 16 buildings across Greater Manchester. The role is permanent with a 40-hour work week (8am–5pm) and includes overtime and on-call opportunities.

A competitive package includes holidays, pension, company vehicle and fuel card, with high security vetting required. You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, carry out fabric duties, diagnose faults, work safely, and build strong client relationships on site.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance handyperson experience.
• Requires PPM experience.

Job Description:

I am currently working with an large Facilities Management company that are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to cover planned and preventative maintenance on 16 buildings in Greater Manchester.

Our client is looking for an experienced handyperson with maintenance experience to join their team.

Working hours:

40 hours a week 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fabric duties
• Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with clients on site

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Maintenance Handyman
