Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Handyperson to cover the Greater Manchester area. You will perform reactive building fabric repairs, minor joinery, basic decoration and routine maintenance across multiple sites.

The role requires a hands-on, multi-skilled approach and includes on-call duties. Package includes a competitive salary up to £27,050 per annum, company van and fuel card, 40-hour weeks, and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role.
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods).
• Full UK driving license due to travel between sites and on call.
• Must be able to pass a vetting check.

• Jobs would include unblocking toilets, litter picking, fixing locks, painting, fire alarm testing, cleaning
• Support general maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe and functional
• Identify and report faults or defects requiring further attention

Mobile Handyperson – Greater Manchester

CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyperson to work on a mobile basis covering the Greater Manchester area.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to building fabric. The role also includes minor joinery, basic decoration, and general maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and well maintained. This is a hands-on position suited to a multi-skilled individual.
