CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a reliable Handyperson for an on-site role in Cramlington. You will carry out reactive repairs to the building fabric, plumbing tasks, and support small groundworks while maintaining a clean and safe site.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, 40 core hours per week, and 25 days leave plus bank holidays, with training and progression opportunities in a long-term facilities management environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role.
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Site based Handyperson – Cramlington – Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyperson to join our client’s on-site facilities team based in Cramlington.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to the building fabric, plumbing and sanitaryware replacements, and small-scale groundworks such as repointing, levelling paving slabs, and fence repairs. You’ll also take on minor joinery and decoration work, and help with office or desk moves when needed. In addition, you will be required to support weekend shifts which include full site cleaning duties, ensuring the premises remain safe, tidy, and presentable.
