Job Title: Gas Engineer

Location: Truro

Salary: GBP42k - GBP48k per year (Van and Fuel card supplied)

Overview Of Role

The primary responsibility of our Gas Engineers will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, and that repairs are completed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance work on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care.
• Communicate updates and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
• Manage stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available for job requirements.

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic setting
