Field Service Engineer - Domestic Gas (m/f/d)

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns, delivering product training to staff and customers, and supporting the Sales Team in developing sales across the UK. You will support all products within the group.

This role offers a high level of autonomy to resolve problems and make decisions, ensuring high-quality customer service at every opportunity. It is a home-based role covering a large geographical area.

Your Impact:

• Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
• Maintain records of performance reports
• Deliver product training to staff and customers
• Support the Sales Team in developing sales in the UK
• Provide excellent on-site customer service in residential properties
