Location: Cornwall

Our client, an established Facilities Management company, is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall due to increased workload. This role offers a planned and manageable workload, a van with private use, optional overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. The work will be exclusively in Cornwall.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC maintenance, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), reactive repairs, plumbing tasks, and small general fabric repairs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Highly organized with a professional and timely work approach.
• Full driving license and the ability to obtain a DBS check.
• ACS certification in Domestic & Commercial Gas with relevant elements.
• Oil OFTEC servicing certification.
