Our client is an established Facilities Management company. Due to increased workload, they are seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This role offers a planned and manageable workload, a van with private use, optional overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. The work will be exclusively in Cornwall.

Requirements:

• Carrying out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works, plumbing tasks, and small general fabric repairs
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Highly organized and professional with timely work delivery

You will need:

• Full driving license and ability to obtain a DBS
• ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with relevant elements
• Oil OFTEC servicing
