Anabas Welcome is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to deliver an exceptional client experience in a multi-tenanted Marylebone building. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:00–18:00, 45 hrs/week) offers a welcoming environment with professional standards and regular interaction with tenants, visitors and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have front-of-house experience, superior customer service, and a calm, organized presence.

• Previous front-of-house experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident, professional communicator
• Well-presented, proactive and highly organized
• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and occupiers
• Deliver a 5-star front-of-house experience at all times
• Manage the visitor sign-in process and maintain security procedures
• Handle tenant enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Carry out daily building walks and report/ follow up on maintenance issues
• Provide additional support duties to the Anabas Welcome London Support Centre as required
