Job summary

Path Recruitment in Doncaster is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover sites across the North. The role offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000, a company van, fuel card and overtime opportunities, with ongoing training and development.

You will diagnose faults, service and repair plant machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders, travelling to customer sites with your own toolkit and full driving licence. This is a mobile, varied role with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working on plant machinery, agricultural machinery, heavy equipment or similar sector.
• Confident diagnosing mechanical faults, carrying out servicing and repairs, and working independently at customer sites.
• Full driving licence and own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers across the North, diagnosing faults and carrying out servicing.
• Carry out mechanical repairs on a wide range of plant machinery at customer sites.
• Travel to sites; fault-finding, preventative maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime.
