Job summary

Lenovo is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to provide hands-on hardware support across North London and the North West. This mobile, customer-facing role works on Lenovo products at customer sites.

You will visit locations to repair Lenovo laptops/desktops, manage your workload, travel between sites, and deliver a professional customer experience. Training and diagnostic support will be provided, with parts supplied as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or mobile IT support within a hardware repair environment.
• Hands-on repair capability for laptops/desktops and related components.
• Professional customer-facing experience and reliable diary management.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to complete hardware repairs.
• Collect replacement parts from depots or pickup locations.
• Review fault information and repair action plans.
• Carry out hands-on repairs and component replacements.
• Test equipment after repairs and document work.
• Return faulty parts to depot and update dispatch system.
• Communicate scheduling and issues with the dispatch team.
• Maintain professional customer service throughout visits.
• Manage daily schedule and workload independently.
