Job summary

Grosvenor Services is seeking a Facilities Technician to support safe, compliant operation of building services across the Reading area. The role includes PPM delivery, minor reactive maintenance, and coordination with contractors on site.

You will be the on-site Hard Services representative, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards of customer service while maintaining CAFM records and assisting with compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management or Property Maintenance experience
• Routine PPM inspection experience
• Minor maintenance and repair experience
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements
• CAFM system experience
• Customer-facing experience
• GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English (essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-technical planned maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Undertake minor reactive maintenance works.
• Support statutory compliance requirements and maintain records.
• Act as on-site representative for Hard Services with contractors and service providers.
• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder updates.
