Job summary

Grosvenor Services is seeking a Facilities Technician (Hard Services) to support safe, compliant operation of building services across the estate in Central London. The role covers non-technical planned maintenance and minor reactive works to keep facilities safe and functional.

The post holder will work with occupiers, contractors and service providers to maintain high standards of building maintenance and customer service. A full UK driving licence may be required.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management or Property Maintenance experience.
• Routine PPM inspection experience.
• Minor maintenance and repair experience.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
• CAFM system experience.
• Customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-technical planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Undertake minor reactive maintenance and make-good works.
• Support compliance requirements and maintain records.
• Act as on-site representative for Hard Services with contractors.
• Respond to facilities requests and provide updates to stakeholders.
