Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across building services, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient operation of plant and systems.

Work with Contract Manager and Supervisor to maintain high service standards. The role involves working across client facilities, responding to alarms, conducting inspections, and preparing accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification or equivalent.
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification.
Strong understanding of electrical safe working practices and regulations.
Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
Practical fault-finding experience across electrical and mechanical plant.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical building services.
Diagnose and resolve faults involving plant, equipment and systems.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical installations and mechanical plant.
Respond to BMS alarms and use systems to identify faults.
Undertake minor installations, repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Support safe operation and routine checks of plant.
