Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our established FM engineering team. You’ll handle planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, diagnosing faults and keeping electrical systems safe and compliant.

The role offers independent field work with support from a wider team, on-call duties weekly with standby payments, training and progression opportunities, and the chance to work across diverse building services.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation 2365
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience in electrical maintenance and fault-finding in FM/building services environments
• Good understanding of electrical safe systems of work and Electricity at Work Regulations

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across client sites
• Electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repairs
• Maintaining electrical systems, lighting, small power and switchgear
• Supporting HVAC plant and other mechanical/electrical systems
• Responding to BMS alarms and using building systems for fault diagnosis
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and installation works
• Completing maintenance records and service reports
• Using simPRO to update jobs and record completed maintenance
• Ensuring plant rooms and engineering areas are safe and well-maintained
• Identifying hazards and defects and reporting them
