Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to join our established FM engineering team in Oxford. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, focusing on electrical fault finding, diagnostics and safe operation of building services.

You will work within a supportive team, with opportunities for training and progression while ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified in electrical installation (City & Guilds Level 3 2365) and aware of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience in FM/building services maintenance and fault-finding.
• Knowledge of electrical safe working practices and Electricity at Work Regulations.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, small power and switchgear.
• Support maintenance of HVAC and other mechanical/electrical systems.
