Pareto Facilities Management Ltd seeks a qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our established FM engineering team. You’ll work across client sites performing planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults and keeping building services safe and compliant.

You’ll be part of a wider team with support from Supervisors and Contract Managers, and you’ll use simPRO to log activities and maintain records. A flexible, proactive approach is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in FM/building services environments with strong mechanical maintenance skills.
• Ability to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and repair capability in building-services systems.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to building-services systems and equipment.
• Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, pressurisation and ventilation systems.
• Support maintenance and first-line fault finding of HVAC plant and systems.
• Respond to BMS alarms and use building systems for fault diagnosis.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance and installation work.
• Support water hygiene and L8 compliance activities where required.
• Complete maintenance records, service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
• Use simPRO to update jobs and record completed maintenance activities.
• Ensure plant rooms and engineering areas are safe and well-maintained.
• Identify and report hazards, defects, and outstanding statutory maintenance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and assist access and works as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, end users and the engineering team.
• Ensure all work complies with regulations, procedures and company standards.
