Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical/plumbing bias to join our engineering team. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of client sites across the South, ensuring mechanical and building services are safe and operating efficiently.

You will carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding on boilers, pumps, ventilation and LPHW systems, with responsibilities including BMS alarm response and site inspections.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 & Level 3 Plumbing qualification.
• Experience in commercial building services/FM maintenance.
• Strong experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Good understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Maintain, repair and fault-find mechanical, plumbing and building services.
• Respond to BMS alarms and use building systems for fault diagnosis.
• Carry out plant start-up, shutdown and routine checks.
• Ensure safety, compliance and accurate service reporting.
