Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join our field-based engineering team in the Guildford area. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, diagnose mechanical faults, and service plant such as pumps and ventilation systems.

Working within a supportive FM team, you will use your fault-finding skills to keep buildings and services compliant and safe, with scope to expand towards supervisory roles as experience grows.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification.
• PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical building-services systems and safety.
• Ability to work independently across multiple client sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs to building-services systems.
• Maintaining mechanical plant including pumps, pressurisation and ventilation systems.
• Supporting water hygiene and L8 compliance activities where required.
• Completing maintenance records, service reports and documentation accurately.
