Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Guildford (GU Postcodes ONLY) - £32,000 + Package

Are you a Mobile Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a role closer to home?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial fabric maintenance across a retail contract based in the GU postcode area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Fabric Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on working closer to home. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £32,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £32,000
• 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £105 per week standby allowance
• Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• General fabric repairs
• Furniture moves porterage
• Painting & Decorating
• Basic lighting
• Fixing Furniture
• Hanging Pictures & Shelves
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
• Escort sub-contractors
• To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
