An industry-leading Facilities & Maintenance provider is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer for their Portsmouth operations. The role requires proven maintenance experience and includes a variety of fabric maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have a full UK Driving Licence and strong problem-solving skills, ready to deliver high-quality service in a commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience working within a commercial environment.
• Previous experience as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works.
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Location: Portsmouth

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Key duties will include:

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
