Qualifications

• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience working within a commercial environment.
• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer in the FM sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works.
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, painting, and decorating.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Location: Portsmouth

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge?

* Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
* Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
* Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
