A leading Facilities & Maintenance provider seeks a Mobile Fabric Engineer for its Portsmouth location. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience in building services and a full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience working within a commercial environment.
• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer within the FM sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works.
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and decorating.
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance.
