Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking an experienced EPOS Engineer to provide field service and network support for EPOS equipment. The role covers maintenance, fault-finding, and on-site engineering across the region in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

You will work with customers and fellow engineers, delivering high-quality service and technical support. Strong IT/networking skills and excellent communication are essential, with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be currently an engineer working on EPOS devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Desirable: Manufacturer training on EPOS machines/manufacturers.
• Experience on IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and networking of EPOS equipment.
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region.
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
• Providing an exceptional customer service.
