Job summary

Field Solutions Group in the Croydon area is recruiting an EPOS Engineer to service, maintain, and network EPOS equipment for a growing technology-focused client base. You'll work with customers and fellow engineers regionally to keep POS systems running smoothly.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile EPOS Engineer for a leading technology manufacturer organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and networking of EPOS equipment
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience:

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on EPOS devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the EPOS Machines/Manufacturers
• Experience on IT solutions
