Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to provide hands-on supervision and day-to-day leadership of the mobile engineering team. You will ensure support to internal contracts is delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly and to the required service standard.

Lead coordination with the Contract Manager and contract teams, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement while promoting CBRE values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Essential technical qualification or trade background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in facilities management, ideally mobile engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the mobile engineering team on day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate with internal contract teams, managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, compliance and service standards are met across contracts.
• Provide updates, reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
