Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work safely under pressure during reactive callouts.
• Ability to read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, minor works and compliance checks across electrical and building services systems.
• Prepare work requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned tasks.
• Escalate critical issues and coordinate with the Technical Services Manager to resolve root causes.
• Be available for standby, overtime and callout support when required.
