Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technical Supervisor to oversee a regional portfolio across the Midlands and South of England. You will lead engineering teams, manage maintenance activities, and ensure service delivery standards across multiple sites, driving improvements and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, a building services background, and multi-site FM experience. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company vehicle or car allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or Lead Engineer role.
• Strong electrical or mechanical building services background.
• Previous FM and multi-site experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Technical Supervisor to support a portfolio of sites across the Midlands and South of England.

You'll lead engineering teams, oversee maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
