SPEEDY HIRE (IRELAND) LIMITED is seeking a Mobile Engineer - Powered Access to service, refurbish and maintain equipment across Warrington and surrounding areas. You will attend emergency breakdowns and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure safe, reliable equipment for customers.

The role demands reading electrical and hydraulic drawings, diagnosing faults, and contributing to the ESG agenda. Training and career progression are available within a market-leading hire provider.

Qualifications

• CAP registration preferred.
• Experience with powered access equipment (Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie, JLG) is advantageous.
• Experience in estimating repairs with attention to detail.
• Experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.
• Previous engineering experience in powered access.
• Support ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Serve, refurbish, repair and maintain powered access equipment at customer sites.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls as required.

Location - Warrington

Working hours - Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week

As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer covering Warrington and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of our powered access equipment based at our customers sites.We offer our customers the highest level of care, therefore this role will involve attending emergency breakdown calls as well as scheduled service maintenance.You will ensure that our customers are using safe and reliable equipment so that they can count on us to deliver customer excellence.

What youll need:

• Ideally be CAP registered
• Previous experience in working on powered access equipment such as Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie and JLG would be an advantage
• Experience in estimating repairs to be carried out with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in fault finding and diagnostics
• Able to read electrical / hydraulic drawings, understanding both systems
• Previous engineering experience within powered access
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
