Job summary

Speedy Group, the UK’s leading hire provider, is seeking a Mobile Engineer based at customer sites to keep equipment service schedules up to date and respond to breakdowns. You will work across our customer sites, delivering flexible support and ensuring high availability of equipment.

• Full driving licence.
• Previous mechanical engineering experience is essential, ideally in hire or related engineering.

Mobile Engineer - 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

Based at our customer sites, the Mobile Engineer plays a key role in our operations, ensuringequipment service schedules are up to date and responding to our customers in their times of need, should equipment breakdown.

What you’ll need:

• Full driving licence
• Previous mechanical engineering experience is essential, ideally gained within the hire industry or other engineering field
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work alone under pressure and as part of a team
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
