Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Technical Operative (Electrical) to service HMCTS sites across Redditch Magistrates and Worcester Combined Courts. The role is permanent, full-time, and involves 40 hours per week with on-call duties as required.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical infrastructure, ensure safety procedures, and liaise with customers and subcontractors to keep plant and systems in service. A valid driving licence and electrical qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or City & Guilds certificate is required.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations are required.
• Clean UK Driving Licence is required and BPSS clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on building assets.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for safe work practices.
• Keep CAFM records up to date and coordinate with supervisors and clients.
