Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join teams covering sites across Surrey, London and Kent. The role focuses on planned preventive maintenance and reactive works on agreed service levels, including small installation tasks and emergencies.

Candidates should hold recognized electrical qualifications, be able to work with sub-contractors, and maintain site logs while upholding CBRE’s commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
• Recognized Electrical Qualification.
• C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations.
• C&G Test and Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on building electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for repairs and quotations and monitor performance.
• Ensure PPM tasks are completed and recorded, reporting defects via company processes.
• Maintain logs and paperwork accurately and safely.
• Work on a call-out rota and be available for weekend/out-of-hours work.
