Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team across Surrey, London and Kent. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and small installations on building plant and systems, ensuring service levels are met and safety policies are followed.

You will maintain site logs, coordinate with subcontractors, and contribute to a professional CBRE image while delivering excellent customer service on every site.

Qualifications

• Recognised Electrical Qualification.
• C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations.
• C&G Test and Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Carry out reactive repairs and coordinate subcontractors as required.
• Complete PPM tasks per the instruction set provided within Concept.
• Maintain site logs and paperwork; update records and reports.
• Liaise with client representatives and sub-contractors to ensure quality and SLAs.
• Support health and safety compliance and uphold professional CBRE standards.
