Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a team covering sites across Surrey, London and Kent. The role focuses on planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and small installations, ensuring service levels and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have recognised electrical qualifications, recent experience with building services and a commitment to quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge across building systems and controls.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Ability to work to service level agreements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to SLA.
• Carry out reactive repairs and coordinate sub-contractors as needed.
• Execute all PPM tasks and log defects in the defect process.
• Update weekly equipment reports and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with client representatives and maintain professionalism.
• Work shifts and be available for call-outs, weekends, and out-of-hours as required.
