Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Wallingford, Newbury and Thatcham sites. You will update drawings, manage risks, and participate in safety reviews while supporting the client with reliable plant operation.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills on 3-phase systems, motors, drives and pneumatic/hydraulic components, plus the ability to supervise contractors and work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship.
• Strong manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Electrical qualifications up to 17th Edition / City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2.
• Mechanical qualifications to City & Guilds standard.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site, update drawings and maintenance program.
• Fault finding on machinery and assist with process improvements.
• Maintain plant, equipment and building services across sites.
• Write risk assessments and permits as required.
• Liaise with Site Services and supervise contractors when needed.
• Work overtime including nights and weekends as required.
• Use CAFM system to plan and report work efficiently.
