Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Mobile HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover sites in Manchester, Leeds, Wakefield, and Newcastle. You will perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services across multiple sites.

The role requires strong HVAC maintenance experience, F-Gas handling qualifications, and the ability to supervise contractors while ensuring safe operations and compliance with risk assessments and method statements.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or time-served in HVAC maintenance.
• Proven experience maintaining HVAC systems in commercial environments.
• Ability to fault-find across electrical and mechanical plant.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage site risks; improve plant performance and maintenance planning.
• Liaise with clients; perform reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Fault find on HVAC plant with bias to VRV systems; handle refrigerants per F-Gas rules.
• Supervise contractors and support safety initiatives on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use CAFM to plan works.
