Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer to service sites across Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Wakefield. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services, with a focus on energy-efficient operation and compliant practices.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised apprenticeship and strong HVAC experience, with fault-finding skills and ability to supervise subcontractors. F-Gas handling knowledge is essential for refrigerant systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum apprenticeship recognized in HVAC maintenance or similar
• Strong proven experience in HVAC maintenance is required
• Ability to fault find across HVAC systems and BMS environments
• Able to supervise contractors and manage on-site safety
• F-Gas safe handling and refrigerant knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage client risks through site equipment and critical spares
• Improve plant performance and preventative maintenance programs
• Fault-find on HVAC plant with focus on VRV/VRF systems and refrigerants
• Support site safety, risk assessments, and safe working practices
• Coordinate with supervisor and account manager on building services issues
